Why our PC don't understand the language except 0 and 1 binary form

Our PC won't be able to understand the language other than 0 and 1 binary form, because it is machine binary language.Why?, if you say.. then i have its reason too...

Binary form language of PC also known as machine language as 0, 1 form only

To know the reason that why PC won't understand any other language and why the language is set for 0 and 1 form not a, b or any other form..

• As, PC is made up of electronic circuits, in the form form of switches either true or false as 0, 1 respectively.
• Hmm,, PC should give you only one result either True or False as in the form of 0 and 1 only.
• As, 0 is defined for false and 1 for true.
